At Lakshvi Shree, we want your favourite jewellery pieces to reach you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment or order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during sale periods may require additional processing time.
During high-demand periods, order processing may take longer than usual.

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed successfully.

2. Shipping and Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the courier service.

Local deliveries: Estimated 2–4 business days.
Within India: Estimated 3–7 business days.
Remote locations: Delivery may take 5–10 business days or longer.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may offer free shipping on selected orders, promotional offers, or purchases above a specified order value. Any applicable free-shipping offer and its conditions will be clearly communicated on our website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will share tracking details through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication channel, where supported.

You can use the tracking information provided to check the status of your shipment.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only if displayed as an option at checkout.

COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch. Please provide a valid phone number and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and pay the applicable amount.

If COD is unavailable for your location or order, please choose another payment method shown at checkout.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and reachable contact details.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the courier may return the parcel to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipping is possible. Any charges will be communicated before reshipping, subject to applicable law.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

Although we work with shipping partners to deliver orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier to investigate the shipment.

If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

8. Damaged Packages or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your package when it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs or an unboxing video.

We will review your request and provide the next steps under our Return & Refund Policy. This reporting period does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

9. International Shipping

International shipping is available only if the option is displayed at checkout or confirmed by our customer support team(COD Not available).

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other destination-country charges may apply. Responsibility for these charges will be communicated where applicable before purchase, to the extent possible.
